Chef Roilty and his team slays like no one has ever slayed before. Our group booked him for our first private chef experience and it did NOT disappoint. I am gluten free and can’t have cannabis and his team made sure I had gluten free, non-infused options. All of the chefs were extremely professional while still extremely fun and entertaining. Nothing was a secret- they were all about educating and helping us impress our friends when we left…which we did not want to leave. This was easily one of the best meals I’ve had with service to match. Chef Roilty could have brought a Michelin Star to the AirBnB.
