Hi Jarod, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers?
I have been involved in the cannabis industry in some form or another my whole life. Originally from South Florida, we were making really high-quality extracts in 2011. We decided to enter the secret cup in LA, I ended up getting first place and was offered a job here in Colorado. Job sucked, I stayed, best move I ever made. Since then, I have won the High Times Top Cannabis Chef and been featured on numerous TV programs including Chopped 420 and Bravo’s Southern Charm. 

I have been in the Denver area for over 8 years now and we have found our niche cooking with cannabis. Our company; “Dine with Roilty”, provides private dining experiences throughout Colorado. We specialize in bringing fine dining to the cannabis industry.
